So I find that I tend to forget which day of the week it is lately...I know this is because my work schedule has been a bit wonky...but still it's kind of funny. I find I'm not the only one who's like "what day is it again?"
Friday night, Krista and I went down to Newport. It was nice to get out, have good conversation, and a couple of beers. She's pretty cool and we always seem to have a nice time, so it's all good.
Yesterday I went to Bath & Body Works after work because I had a coupon and soaps were still on sale...it was fun :) I'm stocked up for 6 months probably, but all good! Soooooo much fun! They also have some really good scents there right now...I'm also a fan of free things, and they like to give me free signature items like EVERY time I make a purchase! I'm a fan.
I've also come to the realization that I love coupons, sales, and clearance items. I hardly ever pay full price for anything...and I really love when the savings are MORE than what I spend. But seriously, I've had some really great finds!
And doing a 180...I have to say I'm glad I don't live in NY. This hurricane stuff is so not for me. I would hate having the public transit shut down and being locked up in my apartment all alone waiting it out. I hope all of my friends stay safe out there, but truthfully I'm glad I'm not out there.
We've had nothing but sunshine all week. Yesterday I even washed my car all by myself...which was surprisingly fun. Who knew? It's not a perfect wash job, but my car looks sooooooooooo much better. I dig it!
Well I'll be off to work again in a bit...so I should probably start getting ready for that.
