On the verge of a meltdown...

You ever have one of those days where you feel like the world is out to get you because nothing goes right? Well today was one of those days for me.

The simplified version:
*I woke up with a monster headache.
*Patrons were rather unpleasant towards me at work.
*Only a handful of people showed up for my program (the only reason I forced myself to go to work).
*My headache never went away.
*Tensions between staff members hit a boiling point...
*The MTA tried my patience by making my 40min commute home take 1.5 hours.

So, to make myself feel better I got a slurpee.

Now, as I read back over it, I realize that it wasn't the worst day ever, but it sure wasn't one I want to repeat any time soon.

In better news, James got the care package I sent him today :) James is very dear to me and recently he let me stay with him on my visit to Tennessee. Unfortunately he wasn't feeling well the past few days. So in order to make him feel better/thank him for letting me stay with him, I sent him a package of goodies! Luckily it arrived on time and it sounded like he liked it very much--meaning that at least one thing went right today!

Now, if only I could get this headache to go away...
