Happy days #11

Today Owen didn't have school due to snow.  It was a bit crazy out there for awhile...  Since it was my evening to work and the library decided to close early, my boss called and told me I had the option to stay home if I'd like.  So I did.  Mikayla was happy and of course Owen was happy.  Talk about a fun day off!

As usual, Mik and I had a dance party for a bit.  We also jumped around yelling "snow day snow day snow day" in Melissa's room.  Melissa stayed home too, but she actually worked a bit from home, so it doesn't fully count as a snow day for her.]

Owen and I also played MarioKart on the Wii.  I won one match and he won two.  Then we spent the rest of the afternoon making bracelets.  We made quite a few, but it was fun.  We also watched The Great Mouse Detective and had grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch.  Life is good!
