So, today I went to work, which is really nothing out of the ordinary...HOWEVER, when I got home tonight, I had quite the surprise! My parents and Melissa had stopped in today while I was at work and helped spruce up my apartment a bit! They brought me a couch, an end table, a tv, and flowers! It was super sweet! It was as if some awesome Christmas elves stopped in and made everything better for me :)
Melissa also left me part of a meat donut in the fridge...my oh my southern cooking can be quite fascinating! lol!
I was supposed to work on my apartment some more tonight, but exhaustion is starting to catch up with me...I've been on the go, non-stop for a good month now, and now my body is saying "sleep woman". So that is what I need to do...
I'm looking forward to Saturday now...my big girl bedroom set is going to arrive then and then my apartment will really start to feel like a home! I hope everyone is doing well!
