A month goes by

So it's been a month since my last post.  Partially this is due to being busy and partially it's due to being tired. I've had a lot of computer work at work lately...so when I get home I just want to veg out and watch tv or hang out.

Since the last post, we celebrated mother's day, Melissa's birthday, my mom's birthday, and my cousin Ashley's birthday.  Ashley turned 30 and wanted a big 80's party.  That's why we look so incredibly awesome:

I'd say 70% of the party guests made an effort to have something 80s about them!  My dad even grew out his mustache for the shindig :)

Today I received the best Birchbox yet:

First up, I really like their new logo!  Also, I'm excited to try these products: a dry shampoo, exfoliating cream, lipstick, nail polish, and a hair tie (but I may have to wait a little bit longer before I can use that).

We'll see how it goes!
