This past weekend, I had an awesome program at my library. It was a stuffed animal sleepover. The kids came for bedtime stories and then left their animals for the night. Then 2 volunteers and I documented all of the things the stuffed animals did when the patrons left! It was incredibly well received! I had 30 stuffed animals and we ended up taking a good 150 pictures. My favorite part was when the kids came in the next day to pick up their animals and see their pictures! So many laughs and smiles! It really makes my job worthwhile when I can make people happy! It was a majorly affordable program...it just took time!
Today I started a "Power Searching with Google" class. I had no idea Google offered such things, but thanks to G+, I do now. Today I did class one. There's a total of 6 classes and 2 tests. Even though I knew a good majority of what was offered in class 1, I still learned a few things! I love learning new things! Plus anything that makes me a faster searcher is good for my line of work!
Outside of that, the same ole' stuff. Just catching up on Netflix lately. Unfortunately, I finished all 92 episodes of Phineas and Ferb, so I'll have to wait until they add more episodes or move on to something else! Luckily, I have a good 80+ things in the queue, so I'll be okay :)
