A year...

So crazy enough, it's been an entire year since I last posted on this blog.  So much has happened since then, but I don't think we need to rehash the past.

Instead, let's try picking up as if there wasn't a year long hiatus...

For the past few days I went to Vegas.  It's been a year since I was there last, and I am so grateful to have had the time, money, and resources to take this trip.

In Vegas, I got to meet Siegfried at the Secret Garden/Dolphin habitat at the Mirage:

I got to visit the Shark Reef Aquarium at the Mandalay Bay:

I got to see the Cirque du Soleil Beatles Love show again:

I got to spend time at the pool:

I spent some time gambling. I did tons of walking. I ate so many wonderful meals. I even made time to watch a few movies!!

I saw Neighbors 2, which led to a decent amount of laughs! I saw Alice Through the Looking Glass, which was whimsical, weird, and enjoyable!  And I got to see X-Men: Apocalypse, which was just alright.  I get what they were trying to do, but I think it fell a little flat.  Magneto and Mystique are still my faves!
