KY & Krista's wedding

So last weekend I went down to KY for my first October wedding of the year.  It was for my dear friend Krista!  The poor thing was quite full of nervous energy, so I drove down Friday night to see if I could calm her nerves a bit.  I'm not sure I did much in that regard, but we had some good conversation and I was able to tell her to get to bed (although I'm pretty sure she didn't sleep much).

In order to give Krista some piece of mind, I told her I'd take care of whatever she needed taken care of. So the morning of the wedding, I loaded up my car with all the extra odds and ends she wanted taken to the hall.  I helped her cousins, dad, aunt, step-mom, and another librarian friend decorate the place up--and I have to say we did a pretty good job.

Then it came time for the wedding.  Another library co-worker and her brother played the music for the ceremony which was really sweet!  Krista walked in to "Hallelujah" and she looked beautiful!  I just loved her veil!

The of course there was the ceremony on the water...it was beautiful this time of year!

Hooray for the newlyweds!

And of course the 1st dance...

Then we danced the rest of the night!  It was a blast!  I'm so happy for the both of them <3 p="p">
