I am a terrible blogger...

Now I remember why I tend to not blog...the days speed by, I live my life, and I forget to write things down!

So much time has passed since the last entry...EEK! I don't even know where to begin... Instead, let me give you the few highlights that stand out:

*Missy and Mindy came to visit me! I've known those girls for almost half my life at this point and I wouldn't trade them for the world! We did some tourist-y NYC things and some laid back Brooklynite stuff...so overall I'd say their visit was an absolute success!

*I made a trip home to Michigan for my cousin's wedding--ON halloween! It was a ridiculous costume party and at least 90% of the guests actually dressed up for the occasion... Unfortunately it was taken a step too far with the whole Devil marrying them thing, but hey if that's what she wanted, then that's the way it should be... I dressed up as a Playboy bunny and Bob went as Hugh Hefner; Mom went as a gypsy and Dad as a pirate; Melissa as Audrey Hepburn and Owen as Indiana Jones; Angela as little red riding hood and Kevin as the big bad wolf; Nick as a racecar driver and Julie as his checkered flag; the bride was Tinkerbell and the groom Captain Morgan...

*Last but not least, I made a trip to Tennessee. I got to see James and we got to hang out...unfortunately we actually got out and did a lot of things this time, so it wasn't as relaxing as usual...but all in all we enjoyed each other's company and miss him like crazy...so yeah...

And that's the short version of what's been going on!
