A Weekend of Fun

So, this was my first weekend off in two weeks and it was AWESOME! On Saturday, I woke up early and got free breakfast at Chick-Fil-A! Then I came back and washed my car! It's super awesome having a car wash at the apartment! I'm getting kind of addicted to it! Then I went for a drive since the leaves are turning colors and it looks so pretty out :) Then I spent some time just chilling outside, before coming in and watching the first two episodes of "Tin Man".

Then today, I woke up early and went to Church. Then Krista and her boyfriend Chris took me to Findlay Market! It's basically like an Eastern Market with lots of fruits/veggies/meats/goods to buy! We had a blast exploring it :) Then we headed back into KY.

There was a crazy lady at Newport dancing/feeding/sign languaging with geese. The video didn't come out...but here are some photos that show her crazy moves:

See what I mean? Why did she take off her shoes? Why was she trying to communicate with the huge scary geese? Were we being punked? I kept wondering if someone was going to come out with a camera and be like "ha ha ha you're on candid camera". Nobody went near her...we all just watched from above...probably just in case she was really crazy...

Then I went and saw the movie "Ides of March". Ryan Gosling and George Clooney are frickin amazing actors! Sooooooooo much heat on the screen! This movie is big hype around here because it was filmed in Cincinnati and Northern, KY. I've sat on the benches they sit on in the movie! Also, I didn't know that Leonardo DiCaprio was an executive producer! Well done, but it made me hate politics even more...go fig :)

Well it's time to go watch the last episode of "Tin Man" and work on my crochet some more!
